Italy Oxily 30 Vol Developer 1000ml

It&ly Oxily 2020 is the complementary cream peroxide for the It&ly Colorly 2020 range of colour cream. It should be mixed 1:1 with the colour cream apart from the Superlight shades where the mixing ratio is 1:1.5 cream to developer.

It has a balanced pH and contains It&ly’s ACP (active colour protection) Complex that provides care and conditioning to the hair, so even the high strengths are gentle on the hair giving better luminosity and intense shine.

Oxily 2020 comes in a 1-litre bottle and is available in 4 strengths: 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) or 40 vol (12%).
