Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when you buy your salon supplies from us. On the rare occasion something needs to come back, here's how it works.

What to do when

Four return scenarios

Damaged on arrival

Within 3 days of delivery

If your salon supplies arrive damaged in any way, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange for the damaged items to be replaced at our expense.

Please don't throw away the damaged items — we may need them sent back to help us ascertain why the damage took place and how we can improve our service.

Changed your mind

Within 14 days of delivery

If you receive your order and for whatever reason you've changed your mind within 14 days of delivery, we'll happily refund you for the complete cost of your order.

The cost of returning the products falls to you, and we'll refund once we receive the supplies in the same condition you received them.

Wrong items received

We'll cover everything

If the salon supplies you receive don't match your order, we'll be responsible for replacing your order and paying any additional delivery costs.

Just get in touch and we'll sort it out — no cost to you.

Product changes

From our suppliers

From time to time we may need to replace certain products with a similar product if packaging or branding has changed from our suppliers.

If we feel the changes are significant, we'll always contact you in advance.

The Process

How to return an order

Returning an order takes just a few minutes through your account.

    Sign in to your account

    Head to your My Account page on arrowhair.co.uk.

  2. 2

    Find your order

    Open the Customer Orders tab and select the order you want to return.

  3. 3

    Click "Return Items"

    Hit the Return Items button and complete the basic details — we'll take care of the rest.

  4. 4

    Send it back

    Once we receive the supplies in the same condition you got them, your refund will be processed promptly.
