We sell to professionals, not the general public

Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd operates exclusively as a wholesaler. We do not sell directly to the general public and we do not deal with consumer sales. All products and product information available on this website are intended for qualified or trainee professional hairdressers, beauty therapists and nail technicians only, and are for sale on a trade-only basis.

By placing an order with Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd, you are confirming that:

  • You are not a consumer for the purposes of consumer credit legislation or sale of goods legislation.
  • You are in business and purchasing the goods for the purposes of that business — not for personal use.
  • You are qualified to use the products you are purchasing.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd for trained or untrained personnel misusing equipment supplied by us.

If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for the products you are using. We reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status at any time.

Operational terms

    Payments

    We use Retail Merchant Services to process our payments, so we never process or have access to your credit or debit card details. Your payment will only be processed once your order has been packed and dispatched.

    Order cancellation

    We reserve the right to cancel your order if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason. This is very rare — and if it does happen, we'll contact you to explain why and to refund any money already paid.

  3. 03

    Delivery

    Delivery costs £5.99 for next-weekday delivery to almost anywhere in the UK if your order is placed before 3pm. For full details please see our Delivery Information and the list of postcodes which may take a little longer.

  4. 04

    Damaged or missing orders

    If your order is damaged, goes missing, or is unsatisfactory in any way, we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. All refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy.

    Your privacy is very important to us. We only use the information we collect to help us process and deliver your order. For more information, please read our full Privacy Policy.

    Product changes

    We reserve the right to remove any product from our website without notice.

    Promotions & discounts

    Any promotions or discounts we run are for single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless stated otherwise.

    If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we reserve the right to contact you to decide on the best outcome together.
