Oxily Developer 1000ml by IT&LY Hair Fashion is a Ph Balanced and double stabilised hydrogen peroxide emulsion. It comes in 5 different levels 5vol ( 1.5%), 10vol(3%), 20vol (6%), 30vol(9%) and 40vol (12%).

It is enriched with emollients and officially vegan. It is designed to work perfectly with Aquarely or Colorly Optimus permanent hair colours and Oh My Blonde Toners.
